		<description>What kind of chocolate would my buisness be? That&#039;s easy. A Neuhaus Belgian Chocolate. I first got hooked when I travelled in those parts years ago. 

I still admire how they build their product. They make a conscious choice to stick with the time-honoured way of doing things: creating and decorating each piece by hand. Sure, it&#039;s a little more expensive than their mass-marketed competitors, but the secret to their staying power is that they create products designed to enchant people rather than just owning a market. 

It&#039;s the little things that count the most for quality.</description>
